Enzo is a technology startup solving the global problem of drinking water loss due to defective water pipes and the resulting damage to real estate. In Germany alone, up to 460bn liters of drinking water will be lost in the next 20 years, causing damages to 21m buildings of more than €210bn. Tasks
We are seeking a visionary and driven Founders Associate to join our international and interdisciplinary team. The Founders Associate will play a pivotal role in ideating, developing, and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem, gain hands-on experience, and make a lasting impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess market needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for disruption.
- Develop and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with market demands and company goals.
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and validation of new product/service ideas through rapid prototyping and user testing.
- Drive the development of innovative business models, revenue streams, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and key decision-makers.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to internal teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company, representing our values, vision, and objectives in various forums and events.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on strategies based on market feedback, emerging trends, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced student of management/business/economics or a related field. The most important thing is that you bring the passion and drive for this role.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and critically to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, disruption, and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.
