Die Refresco Deutschland GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Mönchengladbach gehört als Hersteller von Fruchtsäften und Erfrischungsgetränken für Industrie- und Handelskunden zu den führenden Anbietern von Getränkelösungen in Deutschland. Praktikant (m/w/d) - Customer Service
Das Praktikum wird im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums angeboten.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Unterstützung bei der Auftragserfassung und –prüfung, Auftragsverfolgung, Koordination und Überwachung der Liefertermine für internationale Industrie- und HandelskundenEigenverantwortliche Lieferscheinerstellung und –bearbeitung sowie RetourenabwicklungSelbstständige Auswertungen über unsere LieferperformanceUnterstützende Reklamationsbearbeitung für Key Account SupportUnterstützung der Koordination und Durchführung aller kundenbezogenen zollrechtlichen ThemenIhr Profil
Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik und/oder Supply Chain ManagementSicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und gute EnglischkenntnisseSchnelle Auffassungsgabe und verantwortungsbewusstes ArbeitenHohe Kommunikations- und TeamfähigkeitGrundkenntnisse in SAP sind von VorteilUnser Angebot
