As Intern  Commercial Development- Westwing Stores  you will be supporting the Retail Stores team with a main focus on Assortment Planning & Optimization. As part of this Startup within the company you will be working with dedicated and talented colleagues and be part of an exciting journey of making Westing a real live experience. We want to develop the most exciting physical home and living Stores with extraordinary interactions, expert advice and a unique, always new curation of the Westwing Collection and selected brands. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Development Retail Stores. This position is limited to 6 months and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

manage the store's order placement and order tracking, as well as weekly replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels actively managing the store's portfolio to optimize our product selection and ensure the best-in-class assortment for our expanding business  work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to support the planning of Look changes and maximizing product visibility analyze product and category performance in both our physical stores and online shop to identify performance trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement work hand-in-hand with Store Managers and local Visual Merchandising Teams to understand and address store needs regarding portfolio & stock

YOU COME WITH

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a comparable course of study first working/professional experiences through Internships, Working Student Jobs, or similar very good analytical and MS Office Skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint) strong hands-on mentality, quick understanding, and a structured way of working very good written and spoken language skills in both German & English, as well as excellent communication skills passion for home & living and a very good feeling for products, trends, and aesthetics
