As** Head of Westwing Studio**, you are responsible for our outstanding interior design service for individual and business customers. You will be leading our talented team of Designers, Managers, Back Office staff, and Business Development professionals to successfully develop and implement our strategy across the 4 markets that the Studio already services, and beyond. Your main goal will be to lead the design team in delivering an inspiring customer experience while driving purchasing conversion. Collaboration with teams such as Business-to-Business (B2B) and Marketing will be a key aspect of this role. This position is based in **Munich** and **unlimited**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- shape our customer experience by making sure design concepts developed for individual and business customers are in line with customers’ design and functional wishes, are inspiring and commercially successful
- lead and develop the Studio team, drive the vision, strategy and goals, working closely with our Head of B2B
- conduct the annual planning for the Studio, derive individual Designer targets and continuously follow up on the achievement to ensure commercial success
- drive the growth of the Studio by working closely with the dedicated Marketing team on optimizing marketing campaigns, and with various interfaces on the next international roll-out

**YOU COME WITH**
- 5+ years of relevant working experience paired with experience in leading and motivating teams
- commercial and retail focus with and understanding for relevant KPIs
- advantageous: experience in sales, services, design & life-style, eCommerce
- problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic, “hands-on” attitude and a strong focus on results
- team-oriented and collaborative approach to work and a high degree of ownership
- excellent communication skills in English and in German
