As Merchandising & Commercial Development Intern you will be supporting the Retail Stores team with a main focus on Assortment Planning & Optimization. As part of this Startup within the company you will be working with dedicated and talented colleagues and be part of an exciting journey of making Westing a real live experience. We want to develop the most exciting physical home and living Stores with extraordinary interactions, expert advice and a unique, always new curation of the Westwing Collection and selected brands. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Development Retail Stores. This position is limited to 6 months and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DOmanage the store's order placement and order tracking, as well as weekly replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levelsactively managing the store's portfolio to optimize our product selection and ensure the best-in-class assortment for our expanding business work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to support the planning of Look changes and maximizing product visibilityanalyze product and category performance in both our physical stores and online shop to identify performance trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementwork hand-in-hand with Store Managers and local Visual Merchandising Teams to understand and address store needs regarding portfolio & stockYOU COME WITHBachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a comparable course of studyfirst working/professional experiences through Internships, Working Student Jobs, or similarvery good analytical and MS Office Skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)strong hands-on mentality, quick understanding, and a structured way of workingvery good written and spoken language skills in both German & English, as well as excellent communication skillspassion for home & living and a very good feeling for products, trends, and aestheticsWHY WESTWING
