Intern HR Business Development

As** Intern** in the area of **HR Business Development** you will support our team in all analytical and operational tasks. You can actively accompany our organization on its transformation path and learn how the business development of a dynamic company works. This position is located in Munich and is limited to 6 months.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- support with the creation of relevant communication materials (company-wide presentations, guidelines, Q&A etc.) including Executive Level visibility
- collaboration in current HR projects as well as taking responsibility for sub-projects (e.g., optimization of HR processes, tool roll-out, surveys)
- assistance with ad-hoc requests and connected analyses and reports
- participation in the identification, implementation, optimization, and standardization of HR processes
**YOU COME WITH**
- degree in business administration, management, psychology or comparable course of study
- initial practical experience in the form of internships is desirable
- very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills as well as friendly, communicative, discrete, and highly motivated
- independent, responsible, and structured as well as goal-oriented way of working
- very good knowledge of German and English, both written and verbally
