Stellenbeschreibung

Als Director of Sales (m/w/d)  bist Du Botschafter der Marke Novotel und des Hotels, indem Du Dich um eine erfolgreiche Kundenbindung kümmerst, das heißt von der klassischen Neukundenakquise, über die Angebotserstellung und -Nachverfolgung, Betreuung Deiner Veranstaltungen vor Ort bis hin zur Nachbereitung Deiner Gruppen und Events. Mit Deiner Erfahrung und Deiner Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie positionierst Du gemeinsam mit dem Hotel Management Team das Hotel auf dem Markt und trägst zu dieser Hoteleröffnung bei.

Was sind Deine Aufgaben:

Selbständige Akquisition und Betreuung von Neukunden in den Bereichen Corporate, Leisure und MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien On- und Offline in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director of Sales & Marketing Organisation und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen Reporting und Controlling der Verkaufsaktivitäten Planung und Abschluss von (inter) nationalen Rahmenabkommen Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verkaufsaktivitäten wie Telefonmarketing, internationale und nationale Kundenbesuche und Hausführungen  Repräsentation des Hotels bei Fachmessen und Kundenveranstaltungen Verkauf von Meetings / Events / Gruppen im B2B & B2C Segment Vertragserstellung im Veranstaltungswesen Koordination und Betreuung eigener Projekte im Veranstaltungswesen Erstellung der Ablaufpläne (BEOs) / Eventkonzepte für Veranstaltungen Mitwirkung bei der Budget- und Forecasterstellung Vertretung des Director of Sales & Marketing bei Abwesenheit

Was bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Vertrieb Bereich  Erste Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position Fließend in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen wie zB Französisch sind von Vorteil gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Kreative Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Eigeninitiative Positive und herzliche Ausstrahlung gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Serviceorientierung
