About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Divisional Sales Manager to join our Northern Europe Sales & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth across a division or country, working closely with our Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in across the division
  • Identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and alignment
  • Report key performance indicators and trends to the Sales Director for decision-making

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in retail industry, with a proven track record of managing divisions or large regions of stores
  • BA in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with a strong ability to drive results and improve sales performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
