Coordination of quality notifications from the WW/PEP areas
Interface NSW Planning / Production / Plant Quality
Independent creation of “Notifications of Inspections” to the customer and monitoring and tracking of the process
Independent reporting to customers regarding project status / Independent participation in customer meetings
Planning / coordination of sample tests in external laboratories
Daily coordination of planning / production / quality control
Independent creation and determination of data for monthly quality reporting / cost control
Independent planning and implementation of kick-off meetings
Ongoing contact with project management / customers - interface NSW / customers
Independent support of customers and their representatives during the project phase and factory acceptance tests as a representative
Implementation of improvement projects
Job requirements
Education: Completed two-year technical college education or completed at least three years of specialized vocational training as well as additional special training or acquired by other means.
Professional experience: several years of professional experience
Special knowledge: MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge, sound knowledge of written and spoken English, several years of knowledge of process workflows Commitment, reliability and independent work behavior
