Plant Quality Specialist

Übergeordneter Zweck der Tätigkeit

​Sie werden für die effektive Koordination und Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards sowie effizienter Produktionsprozesse durch das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen NSW-Planung, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle verantwortlich sein. In Ihren Aufgabenbereich fallen ebenso die Erstellung von Inspektionsnotifikationen, Kapazitätsplanung für Probentests, Berichterstattung an Kunden und interne Stakeholder, Kundenbetreuung während Projekten und Werksabnahmen, sowie die Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Prozess- und Qualitätssteigerung.

Aufgaben

Schnittstellenmanagement und tägliche Abstimmung zwischen NSW-Planung, Produktion und Quality Control. Koordinierung der Qualitätsmeldungen aus den Produktionsbereichen WW/PEP. Erstellung von „Notifikation für Inspektion/ Notification of Inspection“ für Kunden sowie Überwachung und Verfolgung des Prozesses. Erstellung von Berichten über den Projektstatus für Kunden und internal Stakeholders. Kapazitätsplanung und Koordination von Probentests in externen und eigenen Laboren. Erstellung und Ermittlung von Daten für die monatlichen Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrollen. Planung und Durchführung von Kick-Off Meetings und Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings. Laufender Kontakt zum Projektmanagement und zu Kunden - Schnittstelle zwischen NSW und Kunden. Betreuung von Kunden und deren Vertretern während der gesamten Projektphase und bei Werksabnahmen als deren Ansprechpartner. Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung.

Qualifikationen & Erfahrungen

Abgeschlossene 2-jährige Fachschulausbildung. Oder mindestens eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung sowie eine zusätzliche spezialisierte Weiterbildung oder entsprechende Qualifikationen auf anderem Weg erworben. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Prozessabläufen. Solide MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word,etc.) Fundierte Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeitsverhalten.

Overall purpose of the position

You will be responsible for the effective coordination and assurance of high-quality standards and efficient production processes through interface management between NSW planning, production, and quality control. Your responsibilities will also include creating inspection notifications, capacity planning for sample testing, reporting to customers and internal stakeholders, customer support during project and factory acceptance testing, as well as planning and implementing improvement projects for process and quality enhancement.

Key duties and responsibilities

Interface management and daily coordination between NSW planning, production, and Quality Control. Coordination of quality notifications from the WW/PEP production areas. Creation of "Notification of Inspection" for customers and monitoring/ tracking of the process. Preparation of project status reports for customers and internal stakeholders. Capacity planning and coordination of sample testing in external and internal laboratories. Compilation and analysis of data for monthly quality and cost controls. Planning and conducting of Kick-Off meetings and participation in customer meetings. Ongoing communication with project management and customers - interface between NSW and customers. Support for customers and their representatives throughout the project phases and during factory acceptance testing as their point of contact. Planning and implementation of projects for process and quality improvement.

 
Qualifications and experience

Completed 2-year technical college education. Or at least a completed 3-year specialized vocational training, plus additional specialized further education, or equivalent qualifications. Several years of professional experience and knowledge in process workflows. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken. Commitment, reliability, and ability to work independently.
