Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Methods Engineer/Projektleiter to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing digitalization projects, as well as standardization projects in the manufacturing execution system (MES) area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: You will lead and coordinate projects, identifying and coordinating interfaces between project teams.
  • Process Improvement: You will ensure the coordination of part-projects from the manufacturing engineering area and create project briefs and performance content in collaboration with customers.
  • Project Planning and Control: You will create and represent detailed project workload plans and project descriptions.
  • Supplier Management: You will plan and control the procurement of project services.
  • Risk Management: You will identify and introduce measures to minimize risks.
  • Process Standardization: You will coordinate and implement process standards.
  • Team Collaboration: You will foster a continuous improvement process within the Plant-ME organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: You have a completed technical degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur), Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: You bring several years of experience in working in the areas of production preparation, production control, production planning, disposition, logistics, supply chain management, material flow control, material procurement, process planning, process design, process control, process optimization, and process monitoring.
  • Skills: You have good MS-Office skills and good SAP skills.
  • Language: You have good English skills.
  • Personal Qualities: You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working, and you are team- and communication-oriented.
