Das Unternehmen verfügt über mehr als 70 Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandorten in Europa sowie in 35 Außenbüros weltweit und beschäftigt rund 138.000 Mitarbeiter.Für den Standort Hamburg Finkenwerder suchen wir Sie als Process Improvement Manager (d/f/m) ab sofort in Vollzeit.

DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Leitung des Lean-Einsatzes im Team (Leistungsmanagement, praktische Problemlösung)
  • Leitung und Unterstützung bei der Schaffung neuer Prozesse (z. B. Innovation, Strategie, Kundenfeedback)
  • Moderation und Unterstützung bei der Definition der Kommunikationsstrategie und Sicherstellung ihrer Umsetzung
  • Definition und Erstellung von Dashboards für Kennzahlen und Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Daten
  • Sicherstellung der Sichtbarkeit der aktuellen Prozesse, Methoden und Tools und Koordinierung der Sammlung von Verbesserungsbedarf für einen zukunftsorientierten Weg
  • Moderation der Stakeholder-Mapping- und Management-Aktivitäten
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens zwei jährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt- und Changemanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lean- und Prozessmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (ca. 1 mal monatlich innerhalb Europas)
