Für diese neuen Chancen und Herausforderungen in der Welt der Logistik sucht die Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte Führungskraft als **Head of Processes & Improvements **(D/M/W) **für die Airbus Logistik GmbH für unseren **Am Genter Ufer **.

**Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Prozess
- und Verbesserungsabteilung der Airbus Logistik GmbH (ALG)
- Entwicklung, Strukturierung,Standardisierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen innerhalb der ALG
- Erhöhung der Effizienz und Effektivität von Abläufen in der ALG und in den Schnittstellenbereichen (Bsp. Lieferanten, Zoll, Qualität, Kunden)
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Lösungserarbeitung von wiederkehrenden Störungen in den operativen logistischen Prozessen
- Process Operational Manager Representative (POM) für die physischen logistischen Prozesse und Lagerabläufe aller Standorte der Airbus Logistik GmbH
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung aller Improvement Projekte in der ALG
- In
- und externe Schnittstelle für alle Change Request Anfragen, sowie Ausplanung und Bewertung dieser in der ALG
- Schnittstelle zu Finance, zur Prozessbewertung und funktionalem Cost Controlling
- Schnittstelle zur Airbus Operations GmbH (Projekte, Change Requests, Prozessmanagement)
- Unterstützung bei zentralen Transformationsprojekten der Airbus Operations GmbH

**Folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen sind erforderlich**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifikation oder Fachschulausbildung
- Berufserfahrung sowie idealerweise Führungserfahrung
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Empathisches Auftreten sowie Menschenkenntnis und Einfühlungsvermögen
- Entscheidungs
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, organisatorische Prozesse und Projekte zu gestalten und umzusetzen
- Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im dargestellten Aufgabenbereich, z.B. Projektmanagement, Prozessanalyse
- und entwicklung, Kalkulation und Bewertung von logistischen Prozessen, Verhandlung mit dem Kunden
- Sichere MS-Office
- und IT Kenntnisse (z. B. Google Workspace, Microsoft Visio)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Vernetzung innerhalb der Airbus Operations GmbH von Vorteil
