Dein Verantwortungsbereich

Identifizierung, Bewertung, Steuerung und Überwachung operationeller Risiken der PAYONE Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Risikominderung und -kontrolle Durchführung regelmäßiger Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen zur Identifizierung neuer Risiken oder Veränderungen bestehender Risiken Erhebung und Analyse von Key Risk Indicators Durchführung von Szenario Analysen Identifizierung von projektspezifischen Risiken im Rahmen laufender und geplanter Projekte Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams, um Risikobewertungen durchzuführen und geeignete Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung zu entwickeln Überwachung der Umsetzung von Risikominderungsmaßnahmen in Projekten und regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Risikobewertungen

Das bringst du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Fundierte Kenntnisse von Deutschen/EU regulatorischen Anforderungen und Branchenstandards (ZAG, ZAIT, MaRisk) Erfahrungen im Risikomanagement  Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Zahlungsdienstleistungen & Acquiring wünschenswert Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel Selbständige, flexible und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit Sehr ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
