Stellenbeschreibung- Du gestaltest und entwickelst aktiv das IT Service Management der Bosch Service Solutions basierend auf ITIL weiter.
- Du gewährleistest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ServiceNow Produkt Verantwortlichen, dass sich die ITSM Prozesse mittels des ServiceNow ITSM Moduls abbilden lassen und dessen Plattformfunktionen optimal für unser IT Service Management genutzt werden können.
- Du überprüfst die ITSM Prozess- und Servicequalität, definierst und implementierst Kennzahlen.
- Du stimmst Schnittstellen und Optimierungen regelmäßig mit anderen Prozess Verantwortlichen ab.
- Du berätst und unterstützt Service- und Prozess Verantwortliche in den Bereichen Enterprise- und IT Service Management.
- Du schulst Anwender in den Service Management Prozessen und der ServiceNow-Applikation.
- Du engagierst dich eigenverantwortlich und mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein in einem dynamischen und agilen Serviceumfeld.
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen und Know-How: Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Service-Prozesse und IT-Projektmanagement; Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Anwendungen, IT-Systemen und -Technologien; Idealerweise Zertifizierungen in ITIL
- Ein Plus: Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ITSM-Prozessen mit ServiceNow sind von Vorteil
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: „Hands-on“-Mentalität, sowie überzeugendes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Eigenständigkeit
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
