Change Management Specialist - 1 year contract

We’re looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Change Management Team. In this role you will be streamlining communications from stakeholders within the company to the Knowledge Management and Learning&Development teams in order to provide the Customer Support Team with all the information and updates they’ll need to perform their tasks. 

What you’ll do:

Handle the flow of information and updates to Customer Support from other departments in the form of Jira tickets, Confluence and slack updates

Communicate urgent issues such as payout delays and service errors to agents, activating IVR messages, coordinating CRM campaigns

Act as the primary point of contact for any update or new flow impacting customer support, coordinating the content, templates and training changes within the Enablement function

Connect the Customer Support teams with the product teams, potentially raising and finding solutions to known issues with the help of stakeholders

Contribute to projects by creating documentation and flowcharts and providing feedback 

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask

You have experience in Customer Support or Operations related roles

Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus

Previous experience in Project Management is a plus
