Your Tasks:

You guide the company’s sustainability positioning and make WEPA’s ambition of being a Frontrunner in sustainability visible.  You represent WEPA as a sustainability frontrunner in external and internal stakeholder dialogues and take care of stakeholder specific positioning of WEPA through sustainability communication.  You act as the interface between WEPA’s sustainability activities and internal as well as external Stakeholders and manage the strategic external sustainability partnerships. You manage, promote and foster sustainability engagement of WEPA Group employees through various measures and communicate projects with the WEPA Group communications team.  You prepare the WEPA Group Sustainability Report. You make WEPAs sustainability work tangible, understandable and communicates about this with passion to inspire our stakeholders.

Your Profile:

Qualification : Master’s degree in business communication or equivalent – preferably with a focus on sustainability. Experience and Know-How : At least 5 years of relevant experience, international experience is advantageous. Personality : Good intercultural and interpersonal skills, sustainability mindset, motivation, excellent communications skills. Working : inspiring, passionate about sustainability, engaging, creating networks with internal and external stakeholders, ability to work in multifunctional teams, self-responsible way of working. Language : Very good skills in written and spoken English and German. Other : Good MS Office Skills, Social Media Experience.
