(Junior) Expert Financial Processes

**Your Tasks**:

- Support for the implementation of ERP-based template processes, methods and tools in the area of Finance our European locations
- Ensuring the standardization, effectiveness and efficiency of methods and tools
- Driving the cross-regional and cross-functional alignment with an end-to-end perspective
- Support and training of the global finance community
- Executing and supporting digitalisation projects

We will ensure that you get a deep dive into all of our financial systems and receive a broad overview and on-the-job training of all Finance areas.

**Your Profile**:
**Personality**:Ability to work in a team, great communication skills, motivation, hands-on mentality, curiosity and willingness to learn, engagement.

**Working**:Independent, structured and diligent way of working; analytical and data-driven mindset.

**Experience and Know-how**:First professional experience in the field of finance (e.g. internship, working student); good comprehension of financial processes and their implementation; first experience with financial ERP systems is desirable.

**Qualification**:Completed university degree (bachelor / master) in business administration, IT management or equivalent, alternatively completed vocational training with finance focus and relevant working experience, ideally with a focus on financial processes; commercial or technical apprenticeship would be advantageous.

**Languages**:Fluent German and good English skills.

**Other**:Good MS Office skills, advanced knowledge in MS Excel is beneficial.
