Your Tasks:
As Sustainability Manager Positioning & Consumer Market, you will drive sustainability topics within the consumer unit and support the sales and marketing teams in displaying this competence to customers. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:
Your Profile:
Personality: Good intercultural and interpersonal skills, sustainability mindset, motivation, excellent communications skills.
Working: Analytical, data-driven and conceptual thinker with the mindset and skills to drive execution, ability to work in multifunctional teams, customer-centric approach.
Experience & Know-how:
At least 3 years of relevant experience, international experience is advantageous. Experience in marketing and market research, preferably in the hygiene market for consumer or professional products. Project management skills and the ability to work with a strong focus on impact and success. Experience in working with B2B customers. Profound knowledge on environmental and social sustainability topics as well as a basic understanding of technological interrelations. First experience with sustainability standards and ESG ratings would be beneficial.Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent – preferably with a focus on . marketing or sustainability.
Languages: Good skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.
Other: Good MS Office skills.
