As part of a Global team, our Customer Analysts are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytically driven customer insights to stakeholders across all countries to drive key strategic and investment decisions across the business. Through using internal and external customer data you will manage the generation of meaningful insights that help the company better understand their consumers, increase engagement, drive sales and consumer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Interim Senior analyst you will lead and deliver business value through different analytical projects such as NPS driver and financial impact analysis, personalization and segmentation. As an Interim Senior Customer Analyst you will be proactively creating ongoing action-driven customer behaviour insights to support decision-making. You will use a wide range of customer data including booking, digital and demographic data, as well as NPS, customer feedback and engagement data. You will be using established analytical techniques to generate data insights and translate these into clear business stories that drive action. Your deep understanding of Customer Experience, NPS and other customer feedback metrics, CRM metrics and statistical techniques will enable you to become a valued business partner with CX and CRM teams. You will engage senior stakeholders effectively: manage contact with a variety of key stakeholders throughout development and business areas

ABOUT YOU 

Proven and significant experience in similar analytical roles  Ideally business knowledge of CX, Marketing, CRM SQL/ Python/R or other programming languages Nice to have: knowledge of Tableau or any other dashboarding tool  Demonstrable analytical problem solving capabilities Ability and desire to work and collaborate as part of an international, cross-functional team to deliver successful outcomes Ability to think strategically; see the bigger picture, analyse complex problems and quickly evaluate options to meet business expectations Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills coupled with sound commercial awareness  English-speaker, knowledge of German, Dutch or Swedish languages is of an advantage
