ABOUT THE JOB

Campaign and Segment Analytics:

Create action-driven insights from campaign tests and performance metrics. Use analytical techniques to generate data insights and translate these into business stories to drive action. Understand campaign metrics, channel mix, audience optimization, and testing techniques. You will work closely with the Group Analytics team to ensure knowledge transfer and align on methodologies.

Journey & Campaign Optimisation Design:

Design testing frameworks for campaign optimisation and AB tests. Design advanced campaign or journey optimisations and tests. Work with the Centre of Excellence team to translate journey & campaign briefs into tests. Ensure audience size for marketing automations is optimised. Work with Platform & Analytics teams to define data requirements for delivery and evaluation of each campaign test.

Journey & Campaign Optimisation Production:

Design & build templates, content blocks, campaigns, and journeys for optimisation and tests. Test AB test templates and components. Become an expert in Braze on campaign testing and optimisations.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in similar analytical roles working with customer data identifying trends and making recommendations. Good technical knowledge of marketing platforms, and good knowledge of relevant coding languages (SQL, Phython, R, Liquid script etc.)  Preferably a proven track record of implementing multichannel marketing communications through industry-leading technology (ideally Braze but also Salesforce, Adobe, EMarsys, IBM etc.)  Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where some travel will be required. Fluent in English, ability in other languages desirable but not essential (German, French & Dutch) Strong problem solving capabilities, organisation skills and very logical train of thought Education: in quantitative field (business economics, data analysis) Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail
