We are looking for a financial analyst, who can provide support in keeping our company's finances, accounting and indicators up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit petty cash, purchases/expenses, and payroll.
  • Match and reconcile Zoho Books with bank accounts, ensuring is up to date.
  • Implement internal controls and policies.
  • Develop and maintain departmental and financial indicators.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyze cash flow and work capital.
  • Handle financial planning and analysis, as well as its reports.
  • Monitor and develop strategies in conjunction with the associated accounting firms, as well as present internal financial improvement strategies.
  • Maintain structure and documents necessary for tax returns such as W8 forms, Invoices, etc.
  • Ensure that tax returns are filed.
  • Liaise with MX and USA accountants.
  • Look for USA credits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • +3 years of experience in general financial duties. Experience in strategy creation and implementing internal controls is a great-to-have.
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analysis skills and proficiency with numbers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Disciplined in meeting deadlines
  • Organized and results oriented
  • Dynamic and energetic attitude, adapted to a “fast-paced” environment
