Stellenbeschreibung

Im Team Corporate Tax in unserem Headquarter in München sind Sie als Financial Analyst (m/w/d) im Bereich Tax für die Betreuung des steuerlichen Reportings im Rahmen der Quartals-/Jahresabschlüsse (Einzelabschlüsse und Konzernabschluss), insbesondere Koordination der Ertragsteuer und latenten Steuern nach HGB und IFRS in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen externen und internen Ansprechpartnern zuständig. 

  • Erstellung der Anhangangaben inkl. der steuerlichen Überleitungsrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen externen und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Korrespondenz mit Steuerbehörden und externen Beratern in Steuerfragen im In- und Ausland
  • Steuerliche Beurteilung von operativen Fragestellungen aus ertrag- und umsatzsteuerlicher Sicht in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, Finanzen)
  • Betreuung von Quellensteuerthemen und deren Abwicklung
  • Umsetzung von Änderungen im Steuerrecht und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung in die internen IT-Systeme
  • Mitwirken an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der steuerlichen Prozesse
  • Überwachung und Optimierung aller Prozesse, die von steuerlichem Belang sind (Einhaltung und Erstellung von Anweisungen, Richtlinien, Weiterentwicklung Tax Compliance System)
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten z.B. bei bedeutsamen Änderungen in der Steuergesetzgebung oder bei M&A-Themen
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Steuern und Rechnungslegung
  • Kenntnisse in der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im praktischen deutschen Steuerrecht und im genannten Aufgabengebiet, alternativ in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Steuerberatungsgesellschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Neugierde und eigener Antrieb, Prozesse zu verbessern und aktiv an der Entwicklung des Finanzbereichs der Brainlab Gruppe mitzuwirken
