Financial Analyst im Controlling (m/w/d)
Deine Herausforderungen:
Maßgeblich unterstützt du uns beim Controlling der Finanzzahlen und der Informationsversorgung: von der Erhebung, über die Analyse und Auswertung bis hin zur Kommunikation der Ergebnisse. So schaffst du die sichere Grundlage dafür, dass wir als Unternehmen die richtigen operativen und strategischen Entscheidungen treffen können. Du behältst konsequent sowohl alle wichtigen Details als auch das „große Ganze“ im Blick.
• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Financial Reporting und Analytics (Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse,
Profit & Loss Statement)
• Kaufmännischer Business Partner für die internen Content-Bereiche (Verlagsteams und Verlagsleitungen)
• Erstellung von unterjährigen Forecasts und Mitarbeit im jährlichen Budgetprozess
• Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Ergebnis- und Kostenanalysen vom Buchprojekt bis zum Profitcenter,
Szenariorechnungen und Sonderauswertungen
• Ermittlung, Analyse und Visualisierung steuerungsrelevanter Kennzahlen für das Reporting an die
kfm. Geschäftsleitung und an die PRH Divisionszentrale in New York
• Konzeption, Optimierung und Implementierung von BI-Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Reportings
• Migration neuer Datenquellen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der bestehenden Datenqualität, zur Generierung
datenbasierter Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen
• Analyse der finanziellen Auswirkungen von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Mitarbeit in bereichsinternen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Dein Profil:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare
Studiengänge, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
• Idealerweise mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in einem Data/ Business Analytics Bereich
• Fähigkeit komplexe Gesamtzusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und diese verständlich sowie empfängerorientiert
zu visualisieren
• Begeisterung für die Themen Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung
• Verbindliches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit bei eigenständiger Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen M365 Tools, insbesondere Excel und Power Point, sowie mit BI-Tools.
Erfahrung mit Power BI ist von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
