Summary:

Als Application Development Specialist (m/w/d) Electronics Materials unterstützt Du die Abteilungen Marketing, Sales und Application Development Engineering (ADE) durch dein anwendungsspezifisches Wissen und Know-How in der Materialverarbeitung. Du testest und vergleichst bestehende und neue Stoffe im Labor und hilfst bei Labortestanfragen, Materialsampling und Fehlerbehebungen. Das Sales Team erhält von dir Materialempfehlungen. Durch das gemeinsame Team-Play trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden den besten technischen Support bei der Anwendung unserer Produkte erhalten. Weitere Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

Weitere Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

​Du unterstützt Marketing, Verkauf und ADE bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen aus der EIMEA-Region zu bestehenden und neuen Produkten.

Zusammen mit dem globalen Technology Team hilfst Du bei Problemlösungen durch deine Erfahrungen in der Produkt-Anwendung und dein Produkt-Knowhow.

Du planst und führst Labortests selbstständig durch, wertest die Ergebnisse aus und präsentierst die Erkenntnisse. Dabei bist Du sicher in der Anwendung und Pflege unserer Labortechnik und hältst für deine und die Sicherheit anderer unserer EHS-Standards ein.

Für bestehende und neue Materialien erstellst Du entsprechende produktspezifische Data Packages inkl. technischen Datenblättern, Materialinformationen etc., um hiermit unseren Marketing und Sales Teams bei der Vermarktung unserer Produkte zu helfen und Kunden zu begeistern.

Du unterstützt bei der Validierung und Optimierung von Methoden durch den Transfer von Kundenrückmeldungen auf die Anwendungsentwicklung und Laborarbeiten.

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:

Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbar, alternativ durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse

3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikbranche mit Tätigkeiten in der Produktentwicklung und/oder Anwendungstechnik

Praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemie und Materialkunde sowie der wesentlichen chemischen und physischen Wechselwirkungen mit Einfluss auf Produkteigenschaften

Vertraut mit den gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften im Labor und Kenntnisse zum ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen

Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der Umsetzung von Anwendungs- und Kunden-CTQs in neue Labor- und Screening-Methoden

Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und zu priorisieren

Gute Umsetzungskompetenz von theoretischem Wissen in die praktische Anwendung sowie Lerntransfer auf neue Fragestellungen

Reisebereitschaft für die verbindlichen Kundentreffen und den technischen Support in der Produktion

Freude in einem cross-funktionalen Team und interdisziplinär zu arbeiten

Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Hands-On-Mentalität

Gute und praktische Kenntnisse in MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel und Statistikgrundlagen und Design of Experiment (DoE)

Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

SAP-Kenntnisse ( Business Warehouse, QC Daten etc.)
