Bei Performance Materials entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten wir u.a. großvolumige Polyurethan-Rohstoffe. Hochwertige Schlüsselanwendungen, die von Performance Materials bedient werden, sind zum Beispiel Isolierungen für die Bauindustrie oder Weichschäume für Möbel und Autositze. Der Bereich Application Development EMEA Flexible Foam Raw Materials bei Performance Materials (PM) ist für die technische Betreuung der Weichschaum-Kunden der Region EMEA zuständig und erarbeitet kurz
- bis mittelfristige technische Lösungen für den Weichschaum-Markt in der Region. Durch die initiierten Entwicklungsprojekte verringern wir aktuelle Geschäftsrisiken und stärken die Auslastung der Produktionsanlagen bei PM. Wir sind die technische Schnittstelle zu den Kunden und zu den Produktionsbetrieben im Falle von Qualitätsfragen. Die anwendungstechnische Bewertung der resultierenden Produktqualität aus Marktsicht ist darüber hinaus ein wichtiger Beitrag zu aktuellen Circular Economy (CE) -Projekten.- Als Teil der technischen Unterstützung ausgewählter Kunden des Industrie-Segments Soft Furniture in der Region EMEA übernehmen Sie die Beratung von Kunden in technischen Fragestellungen und die Vorstellung von neuen Produktlösungen- In Ihrer neuen Position gestalten Sie aktiv und verantworten Sie die Initiierung und Leitung von anwendungstechnischen Projekten mit dem Fokus auf Polyurethan - Weichschaum für Möbel und Matratzen zur Abwendung von Geschäftsrisiken und der Sicherung der Auslastung der Produktion- Sie dokumentieren die Ergebnisse von Studien und Projekten in Form von Berichten und Patenten- Sie sind für die fachliche Führung von Laborpersonal verantwortlich und stellen die gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben in Bezug auf z.B. Laborsicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement sicher- Sie unterstützen der Teamleitung u.a. im Rahmen von strategischen Fragestellungen

WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Promotion in der Fachrichtung Chemie oder Polymerchemie oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Ihr Profil zeigt idealerweise industrielle Erfahrung im Bereich der Polyurethan-Chemie, insbesondere Polyurethan-Weichschaum, wie zum Beispiel der Produktionsleitung oder der Leitung eines Labors- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung technischen Personals- Zudem haben Sie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der Leitung von Projekten und bringen eine (inter)nationale Reisebereitschaft mit- Sie bringen eine analytische Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit mit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, überzeugen durch Ihre starken interkulturellen Netzwerkfähigkeiten und Freude an der Umsetzung von innovativen Ideen- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, runden Ihr Profil ab

Die persönliche Vertragsstufe richtet sich nach Qualifikation/Erfahrungszeiten und betrieblichen Regularien in Deutschland.
