Wer Du bist.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Suche und Entwicklung von Clean-Tech Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für unsere Produkte und Services und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Kollegen aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und Business Unit zusammen, um neue Chancen zu identifizieren und neue Märkte zu entwickeln. Du behältst neue Trends und Entwicklungen genau im Blick, um Chancen zu erkennen und daraus neue strategische Kundenbeziehungen zu entwickeln und neue Wege mit Bestandskunden auszubauen. Dabei kannst Du Deine Freude am Netzwerken, Deine Kompetenz in der Kundenakquise und Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten einbringen.

Was die Arbeit ausmacht.

Identifizierung und Validierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf der Grundlage von Marktanforderungen, Trends und Nachfrage im Energiemarkt

Vertretung von Alfa Laval in relevanten Foren und Konferenzen

Networking mit Cleantech-Beratern und Kunden

Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterverfolgung langfristiger Leads und Chancen im Cleantech-Bereich, bevor sie vom operativen Vertrieb übernommen werden

Verfolgung von Terminen und Initiierung von Leads im CRM

Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften in der Region

Lokalisierung zentraler Marktstudien gemeinsam mit dem Marketingteam

Entwicklung einer Clean-Tech Positionierung gemeinsam mit den Communication Spezialisten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Business Development Rollen in der Zentrale

Regelmäßige Dienstreisen in der D-A-CH Region und in die Zentrale in Lund, bei Bedarf auch zu Fertigungsstandorten in Europa

Was Du mitbringst.

Abgeschlossenes technisches/Wirtschaftsingenieurs Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und kaufmännischer Kompetenzen

Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Geschäftsanbahnung für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte im industriellen B2B-Geschäft. - vorzugsweise mit einem Hintergrund im Energy und Clean Tech Bereich. Zusätzlich verfügst Du idealerweise bereits über ein aktives Kundennetzwerk in diesen Bereichen.

Du bist eine kreative und visionäre Persönlichkeit mit Blick für neue Geschäftsmodelle

Du verfügst über Verhandlungsstärke und -geschick auf allen Ebenen, sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit

Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit einer Offenheit für Veränderung und Fähigkeit zur Selbstmotivation und Eigeninitiative

Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

Du hast eine Affinität zur Nutzung moderner IT-Anwendungen, wie MS Office, MS Dynamics, Power BI und hauseigner Anwendungen
