We are seeking a highly organized and independent Team Training Coordinator who will excel in managing administrative activities, coordinating the distribution of essential information, and facilitating training and skill-building processes. This role is crucial in enabling our project teams to work effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Identification: Collaborate with content area leads and line managers to identify and document training needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the team's skill gaps.
  • Learning Management System Administration: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for all users.
  • Training Session Coordination: Work closely with HR and Learning owners to organize engaging and effective training sessions, aligning with the company's business objectives.
  • Progress Tracking: Regularly report on the progress of skill-building activities, helping team members stay on track and meet their goals.
  • Training Content Review: Evaluate and review training materials to ensure they meet departmental needs and standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Training Queries and Support: Serve as the primary contact for any training-related questions or concerns, providing timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Education: A successfully completed apprenticeship in a commercial or technical field, such as business administration, IT, or office management.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in coordinating and managing projects or programs, particularly in IT consulting, project management, or HR, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
  • Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowing German is a plus. Experienced in organizing events and managing travel arrangements. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities. Capable of creating structured and stable processes and systems. Positive and proactive, always looking to drive improvements. Strong analytical and procedural thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint administration.
