Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Aufnahme und Bewertung von Anforderungen interner und externer Kunden unter kaufmännischen und technischen Aspekten sowie technische Konzeption und Implementierung von Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung bestehender System- und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erstellung von Schnittstellenspezifikationen und Durchführung von Fehleranalysen
  • Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Erkennung und Anwendung von Vorgaben der Kreditkartenorganisationen
  • Durchführung von Zertifizierungen sowie technische Schnittstelle zu den Card-Schemes
  • Definierung von Spezifikationen für Kundenlösungen zur Umsetzung durch externe Dienstleister
  • Auswahl und Verhandlung sowie Steuerung und Koordination von externen IT-Dienstleistern im Rahmen von Projekten, Störungen oder Ausschreibungen

Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Informatik bzw. vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Prozessmanagement, IT.Changemanagement
  • Kenntnisse des IT-Service Managements von ITIL und der MS-Office-Produkte
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Umgang oder Entwicklung von Charging und Billing-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine gewandte Ausdrucksweise
  • Gute/konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
