As part of the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) organization, you will support the staff of the "Vice President MB.OS Automated Driving & E/E Integration". This is responsible for the development of Mercedes-Benz' own car software with a focus on autonomous driving. Together we want to achieve the strategic goal "Lead In Car Software" and pursue the vision "Give back time" in order to give back to both our customers and our developers the most valuable thing we can give back: Time.

Collaboration in conceptual and strategic tasks as well as in the day-to-day operations of the assistance team Analyzing the latest trends from the automotive and tech world and deriving strategic recommendations for action Editorial management of the internal communication of the intranet presence as well as conception and design of own contributions Preparation of presentations in German and English for Supervisory Board and Management Board meetings Conception and preparation of international top management events, internal cultural events and measures as part of the organizational development towards Lean & Agile Qualifikationen Industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, innovation or project management, engineering courses such as computer science/software development or a comparable course of study Confident written and spoken German and English skills Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel. Knowledge of BI tools and survey tools such as Menti and SharePoint is an advantagePersonal skills:
