Position Overview

This role focuses on the field of automated driving user experience, specifically within the context of research and development. The position is situated in the system development department for Level 3 automated driving.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in various tasks, including:

  • Assisting in the organization and execution of subject tests utilizing driving simulators, at test sites, and in real-world scenarios.
  • Conducting literature reviews and documenting the current advancements in driver interaction assistance systems.
  • Performing statistical data analysis and video labeling of data collected from trial subjects.
  • Preparing and validating training materials for product development and customer handover processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in psychology, business education, business administration, communication studies, or a related field.
  • Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SPSS and R is advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, along with a diligent work ethic.
  • A keen interest in driver assistance systems and a passion for collaborative work.
