Internship in Automated Driving Program Management

Position Overview:
As part of the Corporate Development/Strategy division, this internship focuses on the Control of Automated Driving at Mercedes-Benz AG.

In the Product Strategy and Automated Driving Projects team, we oversee Mercedes-Benz product initiatives in the realms of automated driving and parking, tackling pivotal questions regarding the future of the automotive industry.
Our mission is to harness all technical capabilities and synergies to craft innovative solutions in automated driving, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.
We are responsible for defining customer requirements and the service portfolio in collaboration with Marketing & Sales, conducting feasibility studies in close partnership with relevant departments (including Development), performing economic analyses of business cases with Controlling, and achieving project objectives within established budgets and timelines.

Your Expectations:
- Strategic work related to automated driving, competitive analysis, and market research
- Preparation of presentations and briefing documents for executive management
- Organization and facilitation of project workshops
- Participation in coordinating key aspects of costs, quality, and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least three semesters in a university degree program; flexibility in field of study is welcomed, with a technical or business background being advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets; experience in communication design is a plus
- Fluent in both German and English
- Quick learner with high motivation
- Analytical thinker capable of grasping complex topics swiftly
- Team-oriented with open and honest communication skills
