We are hiring 2  After Sales Representatives*  to partner with our dealership network and provide technical clarification for quality claims You will manage claims across EMEA countries, ensuring cost-efficient solutions based on Steelcase's policies.
*Location: Rosenheim, Munich or  Schiltigheim What You Will Be Doing: 
You are the main contact person for our customers in the German-speaking market. You communicate with our customers partly by telephone and mostly in writing in order to offer them a quick and targeted solution to their request. You process customer and product inquiries and coordinate at the interfaces between production, logistics and assembly. You are part of an international team in quality, production and customer service and help drive the continuous improvement of our products and processes as part of the team. Who You Are: Required Skills and Competencies Ideally, you have already worked in a customer-facing role. You have a good technical understanding and are motivated to learn new things. You are fluent in German and English. You work in a service- and solution-oriented manner. You have a friendly and competent manner on the phone and in correspondence. You are confident in using a PC and the common MS Office applications. You have very good IT skills, and ideally have experience with merchandise management systems such as SAP/R3. Problem-solving competence and strong communication skills are just as much a part of your personality as the ability to work in a team and open-mindedness.
