IT Technical Support Representative

Description We’re hiring an IT Technical Support Representative with advanced German and English skills to keep our Rosenheim manufacturing plant and office running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for reliable, high-performance IT support.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Provide hands-on technical support for workplace devices—laptops, desktops, printers, and multimedia systems—in both office and manufacturing settings.
  • Manage and resolve IT requests and incidents through Service-Now, updating users on progress.
  • Support local network needs, ensuring all hardware and software align with Steelcase standards.
  • Install and configure new devices and software, ensuring compliance with Steelcase guidelines.

Who You Are:
  • You have a basic understanding of IT (Office 365, networking) with a strong willingness to learn. Prior experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage.
  • You have and advanced level of both German and English.
  • Any experience with a ticketing system would be a plus.
