After Sales Support Representative

We are hiring **2 **After Sales Representatives** to partner with our dealership network and provide technical clarification for quality claims You will manage claims across EMEA countries, ensuring cost-efficient solutions based on Steelcase's policies.
- **Location: Rosenheim**
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- You are the main contact person for our customers in the German-speaking market.
- You communicate with our customers partly by telephone and mostly in writing in order to offer them a quick and targeted solution to their request.
- You process customer and product inquiries and coordinate at the interfaces between production, logistics and assembly.
- You are part of an international team in quality, production and customer service and help drive the continuous improvement of our products and processes as part of the team.
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Ideally, you have already worked in a customer-facing role.
- You have a good technical understanding and are motivated to learn new things.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You work in a service
- and solution-oriented manner.
- You have a friendly and competent manner on the phone and in correspondence.
- You have very good IT skills, and ideally have experience with merchandise management systems such as SAP/R3.
- Problem-solving competence and strong communication skills are just as much a part of your personality as the ability to work in a team and open-mindedness.
