Für unsere asiatischen Restaurants XIAO an den Standorten Krefeld, Essen, Pulheim, Marl, Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen und Bornheim suchen wir Dich Werde zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Teil unseres Team X als Head of Operations (m/w/d).
Du bist ein Operator und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung? Du willst bei unserer weiteren Expansion im Ruhrgebiet nicht nur zuschauen, sondern selbst mit anpacken? Als Operations Manager (w/m/d) bist du die operative Schnittstelle zwischen dem Restaurantmanagement und der Geschäftsführung. Du konzentrierst Dich auf die bestehenden Restaurants genauso wie auf die Eröffnung von neuen Restaurants. Du bist „Unternehmer in Deiner Region“, packst selbst mit an und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Restaurant Management zu jeder Zeit für ein einzigartiges Gästeerlebnis in unseren Restaurants. Und das Wichtigste: Du bist von der Marke XIAO begeistert und hast den Mut und die Motivation, jeden mit dieser Begeisterung anzustecken.
Und das könnte Dein nächstes Aufgabengebiet sein:
- Planung, Organisation, Betreuung und Führung der sechs Restaurants mit jeweils 3-4 Mio. Euro Nettojahresumsatz, jährlich 200.000 Gästen sowie ca. 50 Mitarbeitern
- Operative Verantwortung für bestehende und zukünftige Restaurants
- Rekrutierung & Training von neuen Mitarbeitern
- Aufbau eines Pools an Nachwuchskräften für die weitere Expansion
- Überprüfung und Sicherstellung aller Unternehmensrichtlinien, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards in den Restaurants
- Effizientes Warenmanagement und optimale Mitarbeiterbesetzung
- Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Funktionalität der Standorte mithilfe klar definierter Ziele und KPIs; bei Bedarf Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen den einzelnen Betrieben sowie der Geschäftsführung
- Austausch mit internen Bereichen, wie z.B. Personal, Marketing, Einkauf, Controlling
- Kommunikation mit externen Partnern sowie Konsumenten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie, insbesondere mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist „Gastgeber“ und „Unternehmer“ und eine inspirierende, positive Führungskraft, die es jederzeit versteht, ihr Team einzubeziehen, zu coachen und zu animieren, über sich hinaus zu wachsen
