Your future role.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational development of our service business, collaborating closely with regional sales teams to serve our international clientele. You will manage the implementation of strategic sales initiatives, aiming to achieve and surpass order intake and profit targets within our regions. In your capacity as an HQ Consultant, you will guide regional sales efforts related to opportunity development, acquisition, and quotation activities. Serving as a key liaison between factories and engineering teams, you will handle intricate technical clarifications and foster opportunity growth. Monitoring market trends, you’ll provide pertinent insights to our portfolio management team. Additionally, you’ll represent our Customer Service at exhibitions and conferences Your profile.
The foundation of your success lies in a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience as a seasoned technician. Building upon this foundation, you bring long-term professional experience in global business development and sales roles. Your deep understanding of the international service business sets you apart. With a high degree of independence, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel globally, you’re well-prepared for this role. Your customer-centric approach, effective communication, and strong teamwork skills, along with your intercultural experience, contribute to your success. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of German is advantageous.
