Your future role. Managing a team of Teamleaders and Sales Managers optimizing strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. Strong CRM proficiency to drive proactive Service Portfolios in a global matrix sales organization. Foster collaboration and ownership with Regional Sales Teams and drive regional target achievement and customer success. Prepare and drive the global Service sales Go-To-Market strategy and ensure the achievement of the sales targets set. Build a competitively high performing sales organization by attracting, developing and retaining talent.  Your profile.
