Als Marketplace Strategy Manager (m/w/d) bist du Teil unserer Marketplace-Revolution Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich unsere Marktplatzaktivitäten und treibst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem VP of Growth die strategische Weiterentwicklung voran. Dein Fokus? Die Optimierung unserer Produktplatzierungen, strategisches Alignment mit internen Stakeholdern, sowie die Ausarbeitung zielgerichteter Preis- und Rabattstrategien für unsere Marketplaces.

Du wirst bei Les Lunes eine bedeutende Rolle dabei spielen, die Mission, Werte und Produkte der Marke zu fördern. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen auf ressourcenschonender Herstellung, langlebiger und stilvoller Kleidung und einem Wohlgefühl in der eigenen Haut. Als Mitglied Teil unseres Growth-Teams kannst du aktiv dazu beitragen, unser Unternehmen erfolgreich wachsen zu lassen und unsere Produkte einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich zu machen.

Tasks

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Übernahme der ganzheitlichen Verantwortung für das operative Management unserer Marktplätze (bspw. Zalando, About You und Otto) und Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Beobachtung von Marktveränderungen durch Marktbeobachtungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um eine prompte Reaktionsfähigkeit zu ermöglichen.
  • Erreichung sowie Steigerung von Umsatz- und Ertragszielen unter Berücksichtigung der definierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen.
  • Erstellung von Forecasts und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Weiterentwicklung der Sortimentsstrategie auf den jeweiligen Plattformen.
  • Steuerung des Sortiments auf allen Marktplätzen sowie Abstimmung der Marketing-Spendings.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungskonzepten, -strategien und Marketingaktionen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Weiterentwicklung der Kanäle mit strategischem Weitblick in Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
Requirements
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Wirtschaft, BWL, International Management oder E-Commerce.
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketplace / Online Marktplatz / Partnerprogramm mit und bist motiviert, unser starkes Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine eigenständige, gewissenhafte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit Tradebyte, ChannelAdvisor oder ähnlichen Tools.
