**Job Description**:
As product owner, you are the link between our customers, the engineering team & business stakeholders. In this position, you are responsible for driving the implementation of key initiatives within our marketplace & distribution channel domains. The existing distribution channel domain markets our inventory in external marketplaces. The new marketplace domain will market our partners’ products in our own shops and you have the great opportunity to build this new product from the ground up.

In order to achieve this, you develop a strong product vision & strategy that is closely aligned with our corporate goals and you manage the backlog of your cross-functional team accordingly. The health of your team is important to you and you know which agile tools and methodologies to apply. Together with the team you identify and evaluate improvements and innovative features by focusing on the customer & business needs based on KPIs you track. During the whole cycle you always keep the needs of the customers in mind to deliver the best possible product for them.

**Key roles and **responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain your product vision and strategy through understanding of market and customer needs as well as competitor pressures
- Translate strategy and business and technology needs into realistic product roadmaps, agreed quarterly with business and IT, to continuously deliver valuable outcomes to the customer in your domains
- Deliver your product roadmaps as planned by managing your cross-functional team efficiently using agile software development methods
- Continuously track and evaluate the performance of your product and changes with KPIs
- Assure the quality of your product through using your cross-functional team as well as own initiative
- Always work on challenges and opportunities with a logical and pragmatic mindset. Assess their impact, consider them in the context of your product strategy, prioritize them and deliver great results in order to help us achieve our goals
- Act as a role model and encourage IT and business to create the right spirit of collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- You are an experienced (3+ years), highly collaborative product owner who has repeatedly delivered business impact by shipping consumer-facing products that solve meaningful customer problems
- Ideally, you have experience in the implementation of marketplace solutions
- Experience working with agile teams and workflows (SCRUM, Kanban) as well as good technical understanding
- You bring experience in driving the full product lifecycle (from discovery to delivery) together with specialists from engineering, design & analytics
- Data-driven mindset, evaluating success through impact on KPIs
- Strong communication skills, curious, customer-oriented & hands-on mentality. German skills are a plus
- Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcomed
