Das erwartet Dich

In unseren Projekten entwickelst Du Digitalstrategien für namhafte Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen und schaffst die notwendigen Grundlagen für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Dafür übernimmst Du die Projektleitung bei unseren Kundenprojekten, verantwortest Kundenaccounts und leitest Akquiseaktivitäten. Darüber hinaus konzipierst und entwickelst Du neue, digitale Geschäftsmodelle sowie Produkte und Services. Bei der Aufstellung und Evaluierung von Hypothesen und strategischen Optionen arbeitest Du eng mit den Kundenteams zusammen. Unsere Kunden begleitest Du dabei von der Ideenfindung über den MVP-Launch bis zur Produkt- bzw. Serviceweiterentwicklung. Strategische Implikationen überführst Du in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen. Abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Fachthemen, Menschen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse und Methoden.

Das bringst Du mit

Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurs-/ Informatikwissenschaften, Natur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften). Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens 6 Jahren im Strategie-/ Digital-/ Data-Bereich eines Unternehmens oder in einer etablierten Unternehmensberatung.  Erfahrungen in Anwendungsfeldern im Umfeld Big Data/BI und/ oder künstliche Intelligenz und kennst deren strategischen Einfluss- und Erfolgsfaktoren.  Technisches Know-how im Bereich E2E-Datenmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Daten- und IT-Architekturen sowie Daten-Plattformen.  Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Data Use Cases und der Konzeption / Umsetzung einer Datenstrategie inkl. der Steuerung von Dateninitiativen sowie Implementierung von Governance-Anforderungen.  Erfahrungen in der Etablierung einer Data-Kultur unter Berücksichtigung von Data Literacy. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung. Eine freundliche und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch, sicherem Auftreten sowie einer notwendigen Portion Neugier und Humor.
