Das Customer Relationship Management und Digitalisation Team freut sich auf Ihre Unterstützung: Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie spannende Digitalisierungsprojekte an der Kundenschnittstelle unserer vielfältig aufgestellten Geschäftsbereiche. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung einer digitalen Strategie zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung von Digitalisierungsprojekten zu der Optimierung von Kundenkontaktpunkten, von der Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierungsphase. Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und Testung von digitalen Tools und Plattformen im Bereich Customer Relationship Management und zur weiteren Optimierung des Kundenservice und Kundenkommunikation. Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Kundenumfragen und -analysen, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden besser zu verstehen und die Kundenerfahrung zu optimieren. Bei Meetings und Workshops mit unseren internen Kunden und anderen Funktionen sind Sie ebenfalls mit an Bord und unterstützen tatkräftig bei der Organisation und Dokumentation. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Intranet-Inhalten für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Kunden. Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung der internen Kommunikationskanäle, z. B. Intranet und Mitarbeiter-Apps. Recherche und Erstellung von Inhalten für externe Kommunikationskanäle wie LinkedIn. Tauchen Sie in die Praxis ein und erweitern Sie Ihr theoretisches Wissen - nach Absprache während des Semesters maximal 20 Stunden pro Woche, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit gerne auch Vollzeit.Das bringen Sie mit:
Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung mit persönlicher Affinität zu digitalen Themen und Kundenorientierung Grundlegendes Verständnis von Customer Experience Konzepten und Strategien Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Kundendaten und Feedback Es macht Ihnen Spaß, in Eigenverantwortung Themen zu bearbeiten und proaktiv Impulse basierend aus Ihrer bisher gesammelten Erfahrung mit einzubringen Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Souveräner Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne viel bewegt und Spaß daran hat, im Team zu arbeiten Eine gültige Studienbescheinigung über den gesamten EinsatzzeitraumWorauf Sie sich bei Heraeus freuen können:
