Regional Sales Manager in Germany

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, hosting and conducting customer visits, and enhancing customer satisfaction (Customer Relationship Management).
- Sales Opportunity Management: Identify and seize sales opportunities, ensuring that these opportunities support and contribute to the achievement of sales targets (Sales Target Management).
- Drive Profitable Sales: Develop contract negotiation strategies, lead contract negotiations, and oversee contract signing processes, with a focus on driving profitable sales outcomes (Contract Quality & Negotiation).
- Contract Quality Improvement & Risk Management: Be accountable for enhancing contract quality, managing project budgets, devising pricing strategies, reviewing contract terms, and identifying associated risks (Contract Terms & Risk Management).
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of automotive or industrial motor parts and accessories.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new customer relationships from scratch (i.e., from 0 to 1 customer breakthroughs).
