IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau der internen Kommunikation der MAPAL Gruppe Zielgruppengerechte Entwicklung und Erstellung von Texten für alle relevanten Kanäle der internen Kommunikation Unterstützung von Fachbereichen und Führungskräften bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung standortübergreifender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich Change Management Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Kommunikationsformate im Bereich Strategy & Business Development Mitwirken bei der Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Einführung von regelmäßigen Kommunikationsformaten für die Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräfte

IHR PROFIL:

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder Journalismus Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Interner Kommunikation und Unternehmenskommunikation auf internationaler Ebene Sie haben hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Sie besitzen die Kompetenz, komplexe Botschaften klar und leicht verständlich an verschiedene Interessengruppen zu vermitteln sowie mehrere Projekte/Stakeholder gleichzeitig zu betreuen  Sie haben Erfahrung in der Anwendung mit verschiedenen digitalen Tools und Kommunikationskanälen. Dabei sind Grundkenntnisse in Grafikdesign von Vorteil
