Head of End-to-end Process and System

Your role

As Head of End-to-End Process and System Transformation (incl. S/4HANA introduction) within the ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets, you will be responsible for the introduction of the new distributed IT and process architecture incl. S/4 HANA across all entities of the company. You will lead the core team for the introduction as well as the cross-disciplinary team with experts and work package leads from each function and geography across approximately 40 legal entities. You will lead the definition, alignment and roll-out of the standard business processes in the target systems of business requirements of the consumer segment, customization needs, time and budget - based on the ZEISS global template of business processes and the target architecture of ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets.

Additionally, you will:
- Coordinate and take over the responsibility for analysis and coordination of work-out of the global processes and requirements in alignment between business representatives of ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets and IT experts- Lead the governance for alignment of specification, standardization and customization needs- Evaluate and incorporate the defined processes in the global templates- Ensure the business side implementation of the whole distributed IT and process architecture incl. S/4 HANA within time and budget based on proper planning of efforts, cost and implementation timelines- Overlook implementation vs. the aligned plan to identify deviations and trigger potentially required counter-measures- Consider and incorporate the local (especially legal) needs and requirements within the global roll-in of the ZEISS global template- Coordinate the interaction and regular alignment between this transformation and further running processes and key projects at ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets

**Profile**:
- A degree with excellent grades from a leading university in engineering/business/informatics- Strong experience in change management based on large-scale change management projects- At least 5 years experience and a proven track record in leading mid to large size process implementation programs with multi-software, cloud solutions and SAP- Experience in programs with strong exposure in SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC- Experience with complex program delivery in multiple simultaneous workstreams on a broad range of functions & software solutions - ideally both in industry and consulting roles- Experience in managing large program teams of external and internal contributors including architects in an onsite, offshore and nearshore environment- Strong moderation, presentation and communication skills (both orally and written)- Broad understanding of overall SAP and non-SAP landscape and interdependencies between other modules and cross functional integration- Ability to manage diverse set of stakeholders through challenging requirements regarding standardization vs. customization needs- Multiple end to end implementations as project / program manager- Ability to act as trusted advisor across all levels of the organization- Strong experience in mentoring and capability building and upskilling- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment- International experience and fluency in English and German
