About your role:

Administrative project management of the "Gateways to Health" project. This includes:

  • Developing the processes for managing and implementing the project according to the latest scientific findings and methods
  • Coordinating budget planning and ensuring implementation
  • Coordination and communication management between the project partners
  • Project scheduling, including checking milestones and reviewing implementation
  • Preparing reports and coordinating them with the project partners
  • Develop and organise recruitment procedures including advertisement, interviews and pre-screening of applicants
  • Manage the coordination of processes within the project team
  • Planning and organising scientific workshops and events
  • Public relations work and organisation of publicity campaigns
  • Liaising with national and international partners

About you:

  • Completed scientific university education in chemistry or biochemistry or physics or comparable specialisation or equivalent skills and experience
  • Good knowledge of research and project management
  • Sound knowledge of science management
  • Experience in writing and publishing scientific papers and proposals
  • Cost and deadline awareness
  • Ability to coordinate and work in a team
  • Very good English skills
