- Collaboration in the research coordination team, in particular in the administration of the research activities of the clinic directors
- Control and administration of approved funds for defined projects, including checking and processing invoices
- Contact person and advisor for scientists of the clinic, external project leaders in joint projects and funding bodies as well as interface with internal departments such as the third-party funding, purchasing and Medigate
- Scientific communication as well as content-related and conceptual collaboration on research and clinic websites
- Collaboration in the planning and implemenation of scientific congresses and meetings with national and international guest researchers

Darauf freuen wir uns
- Completed scientific university studies and preferably completed doctorate in biology, biochemistry, human biology or a similar discipline
- Good understanding of numbers and accounts, ideally experience in budget calculation and control
- Interest in communicating and presenting research results in a generally understandable way, ideally experience with social media and content management systems
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Organisational skills, quick comprehension, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Confidence, independence and commitment when dealing with different scientific and administrative target groups
