Assistant Project Coordinator

**What you will do**
- You support the project coordination in the successful implementation of national and international funded projects
- You will take over tasks of the Project Management Office (PMO)
- You coordinate the funding of an international consortium
- You are available as a contact person and communicate directly with national and international consortium partners.
- You perform financial audits after important project phases and prepare audits
- You will be responsible for the organization and supervision of events and workshops

**What you bring to the table**
- Completed commercial or business training or completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering
- The position requires fluency in written and spoken German and English
- You ideally have experience in the administration of EU funding projects or similar research projects on a national level and know the business requirements
- You have a structured way of working, communicate proactively and have a collaborative style
- You face challenges with confidence and maintain a high professional standard in dealing with change and ambiguity
- Experience working with EPR systems, such as SAP, is an advantage
- Experience in agile management (e.g. Scrum) is an advantage
