Dein Aufgabengebiet bei uns:  

  • Du unterstützt das Managementteam und übernimmst die Aufgaben für Deinen Stockroom
  • In Deinem Stockroom bist Du für die Erreichung und Maximierung Deiner Ziele sowie die Minimierung der Verluste zuständig
  • Du agierst als Vorbild und bist für die Förderung Deiner Mitarbeiter zuständig  
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Stockroom
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Deine Lagerbestände und sorgst anhand der Vorgaben für einen ständigen Warenfluss
  • Du unterstützt beim Recruiting und dem Onboarding der neuen Mitarbeiter in Deinem Stockroom

 

Das solltest Du mitbringen: 

  • BE A LEADER – Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Deinen Stockroom und besitzt bereits erste Managementerfahrung 
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder im Bereich Logistik/Lager und bringst idealerweise Begeisterung für Fashion und Footwear mit
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent
  • Du hast ein Grundverständnis für die Abläufe im Store 
  • Du möchtest neue Prozesse kennenlernen und Dich dabei weiterentwickeln
