Als Inhouse Legal Counsel (m/w/d) sind Sie für die drei Divisionen Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty und Watches & Fine Jewelry erste:r Ansprechpartner:in in Deutschland für rechtliche Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie Rechtsthemen für Österreich, Nord- und Osteuropa und tragen dadurch aktiv dazu bei, das Wachstum unserer drei Divisionen in diesen Ländern zu unterstützen.
IHRE MISSION:
Selbständige, internationale, rechtliche Betreuung und Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche mit Schwerpunkt allgemeines Vertrags- und Wettbewerbsrecht sowie Datenschutz und Compliance-Themen Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen sowie die Bearbeitung vertraglicher Fragestellungen Erarbeitung und Durchführung rechtlicher Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen Erstellung und Prüfung von internen Richtlinien und Prozessen Rechtliche Vertretung bzw. Koordinierung in gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Verfahren Koordination externer Rechtsanwält:innen, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headquarter in Paris sowie mit der europäischen Legal CommunityIHRE EXPERTISE:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und Zulassung zur Rechtsanwaltschaft in der Europäischen Union (Volljurist) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei und / oder einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens Sehr gute Kenntnisse im allgemeinen Vertrags- und Wettbewerbsrecht Freude an einer beratenden, generalistischen Tätigkeit als Legal Business Partner Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Diplomatie Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse einer weiteren europäischen Fremdsprache von VorteilUNSERE BENEFITS:
